Canonical, paired-locale source for every string `@welldot/render` draws
(construction-label prefixes, legend entries, tooltip titles/fields,
fracture/cave type words). `pt` values must match the literals historically
hardcoded in `tooltips.utils.ts`/`annotation-labels.renderer.ts` exactly —
this is the single source of truth `applyRenderLocale()` resolves from.
