# getConditionDeadlineStates

Derives the status of each deadline of a condition, on `today`:
`fulfilled` (or `fulfilled_late` when the fulfillment's local date is after
the deadline) when one of its `fulfillments` has that `due_date`; otherwise
`upcoming` until the deadline and `overdue` after it. For an undated
condition, a fulfillment without `due_date` yields a single `fulfilled`
entry.
