# getRelativePercentDifferences

RPD between a `field_duplicate` / `split_sample` and its original
(`parent_sample_id`), per parameter. Results pair by `parameterKey` +
`fraction` + `measured_in`; rejected and censored (`<`, `>`,
`not_detected`) results are skipped. `RPD = |a − b| / ((a + b) / 2) × 100`
(0 when both are 0). Returns `[]` when the sample or its parent is missing.
