PurgeStabilizationCriteria

Purge stabilization tolerances keyed by parameterKey. A step between two consecutive readings is within tolerance when |Δ| ≤ abs or |Δ| / |previous| × 100 ≤ relpct (either one, when both are given).

Purge stabilization tolerances keyed by parameterKey. A step between two consecutive readings is within tolerance when |Δ| ≤ abs or |Δ| / |previous| × 100 ≤ rel_pct (either one, when both are given).
