Derives the status of each deadline of a condition, on today:
fulfilled (or fulfilled_late when the fulfillment's local date is after
the deadline) when one of its fulfillments has that due_date; otherwise
upcoming until the deadline and overdue after it. For an undated
condition, a fulfillment without due_date yields a single fulfilled
entry.
